GrowthSquad
18 qualified meetings, in two months
At a glance. GrowthSquad got 90% of its business from referrals and was stuck in one revenue bracket. RELAY™ narrowed healthcare down to the niches that answer and reached their marketing directors, VPs and C-level: 18 qualified meetings in two months, and a deal ready to sign after two weeks instead of two to four months.
The constraint
GrowthSquad delivers the digital marketing foundations for healthcare organisations: web design and development, SEO, local citations and pay-per-click. About 90% of new business came from referrals. Good business, but it kept them stuck in one revenue bracket. They had tried building prospect databases and copy themselves, and found it far too labour-intensive.
What we built
The niche. Broad healthcare didn't land in the first month. We drilled down into the specific niches where GrowthSquad's services were needed most.
The people. Upper-level marketing directors, VPs, CEOs and COOs, verified across six sources.
The engine. Databases built and copy shared openly, so Jeremy could see and shape everything.
The play that worked
The drill-down. Month one taught us that "healthcare" was too broad. Narrowing it to specific niches is what turned replies into meetings.

“The quality of the leads has been incredibly impressive. By two o'clock I had three leads in my inbox, and by the end of the day, a total of five. I was happily scrambling to rearrange my schedule.”
Jeremy HarrisCEO, GrowthSquadWhat this means for you
If referrals keep you in one revenue bracket, outreach is how you choose your next clients instead of waiting for them. Start narrow: the niche that answers beats the market that looks biggest.
