CubeChem
28 market signals, 15 manufacturers, one reason to call each
At a glance. CubeChem trades controlled pharmaceutical APIs into Europe, and Miloš already knows the players. What he needed was timing. Since July 2026, SONAR™ has captured and scored 28 market signals, mapped 15 EU manufacturers across five countries and identified 27 procurement and supply-chain leaders, each with a compliance-safe reason to call. It led to three conversations with manufacturers in a month.
The constraint
CubeChem supplies controlled pharmaceutical APIs such as morphine, oxycodone and ketamine to European buyers, with a compliance-first route from India. Miloš knows the players in his market. The hard part is timing: knowing when something happens that gives a particular manufacturer a reason to talk now. And in a regulated market, the wrong opening line can close a door for good.
What we built
The signals. A daily scan of trade press, regulators, shortage registers and LinkedIn, sorted by the signal types Miloš ranked himself: geopolitics and export restrictions first, harvest and raw-material problems second, tenders mostly noise. Every signal is scored and dated.
The accounts. 15 European manufacturers across Spain, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands and France, each linked to the signals that affect them, with 27 procurement and supply-chain decision-makers identified.
The reason to call. For each signal: who to contact, and a compliance-safe opening angle in Miloš's own name. Personal, technical, and no product names in the first touch. Nothing is sent without his approval.
The play that worked
The first signal. China's tightening of precursor-chemical export rules linked straight to all 15 manufacturers: a dated, public reason for European buyers to review how exposed their supply routes are.
The correction. When new data showed the morphine bottleneck was manufacturing capacity and licensing, not raw-material scarcity, SONAR™ reframed the angle. It kept Miloš away from a claim a well-informed buyer could rebut in one line.

| Market signals captured and scored | 28 |
| EU manufacturers mapped | 15, in 5 countries |
| Decision-makers identified | 27 |
| Conversations with manufacturers | 3 in a month |
Three conversations with European manufacturers in a month, each opened with a specific, timely reason rather than a pitch. Behind them, a living map of the market: which supply shocks matter this week, which manufacturers they touch, who to speak to there, and how to open without overclaiming.
“That is some sophisticated stuff, I like it.”
Miloš BolsovicCubeChemWhat this means for you
In regulated, supply-driven markets, knowing the players is not enough. The advantage is knowing when something has just given one of them a reason to talk, and opening with something true.
