Healthy-looking warm-up signals and real inbox placement are not the same thing, and at volume that gap is where campaigns quietly fail.

What you learn in the first month
At scale, deliverability becomes the blind spot. The platform can show healthy inboxes while actual inbox placement still varies, so we do not trust the warm-up and health signals on their own. We check placement with our own seed accounts across the main providers, because a delivery rate of 99 percent with placement of 40 percent is a campaign failing quietly, and nothing in the dashboard says so.
We earn a commission if you sign up through some of the links on this page. What each tool teaches you is written from running it, and the hosting answer is the same whether we earn on it or not. Where there is no link, there is no programme we are part of.
Where the data sits
Primarily the United States. Instantly states that customer data is hosted on AWS in the United States, with standard contractual clauses and its DPA covering European transfers.
Worth saying plainly: hosting outside the EU can still be GDPR compliant. It is not the same thing as EU data residency, and which one you need depends on who you sell to. What the law actually asks of you is a separate question with a separate answer.
