The weak point is LinkedIn itself: throttling and restrictions interrupt campaigns even when you stay inside what the tool considers safe limits.

What you learn in the first month
The tool is not usually what fails. LinkedIn is. Throttling, restrictions and failed actions interrupt campaigns even when you stay within limits the tool considers reasonable, and the practical consequence is that a connection-request plan built on the published weekly ceiling is a plan built on the wrong number. We run well under it and treat acceptance rate as the real limit.
We earn a commission if you sign up through some of the links on this page. What each tool teaches you is written from running it, and the hosting answer is the same whether we earn on it or not. Where there is no link, there is no programme we are part of.
Where the data sits
Primarily the United States. HeyReach's data processing addendum states that its primary processing facilities are in the United States, with AWS and other sub-processors and international transfer safeguards around that.
Worth saying plainly: hosting outside the EU can still be GDPR compliant. It is not the same thing as EU data residency, and which one you need depends on who you sell to. What the law actually asks of you is a separate question with a separate answer.
