Warm lead

Implementers we interviewed define it as a decision maker who knows EOS a little, wants help and is willing to talk. A referral is the warmest.

A warm lead is someone who already has a reason to talk to you before you say a word. Several EOS implementers we spoke with define it the same way: a decision maker who knows a little about how you work, wants help and is willing to have the conversation.

A referral ticks all of these, which is why it converts best and why there are never enough of them. A bought list ticks none, so a cold call turns into explaining what you do to someone who never asked. The useful middle is an owner you have not met yet, at a moment of change that makes the conversation make sense: a business that hit a ceiling, a founder looking for a second in command, a handover on the way.
