Technographics
Which software a company runs. A strong signal when the tool implies a problem you solve, and noise when it just implies a budget.
Technographic data identifies the technologies installed at a company, usually detected from their website, job adverts or public records.
The value depends entirely on the inference. Knowing a company runs a specific CRM that your product fixes a known gap in is a reason to write. Knowing they run something popular tells you only that they buy software, which is true of everyone. Ask what the install implies before you build a list on it.
