Show rate
The share of booked meetings that actually happen. The number that separates a real pipeline from a full calendar.
Show rate is meetings held divided by meetings booked. Anything that books meetings can be measured this way, including your own campaigns.
It is the fastest check on quality. A high booking rate with a low show rate can mean people agreed to get out of the conversation rather than because they wanted the meeting, and when that is the cause it usually traces back to how the offer was framed rather than to the prospects. Rule the dull explanations out first: how long the gap to the meeting was, whether a reminder went out, what time zone it landed in, and whether something changed on their side.
