A sample finding

What one finding looks like

Each company in your Signal Map comes with what changed, why it may matter to you, and what I’d do next. Companies only appear where there is enough relevant evidence, and a change is a reason to look closer, never proof that someone is ready to buy.

Useful, not long. Every finding shows its reasoning, so you can judge it yourself.

01

Where to look

Three buying situations that make your offer more relevant, and up to five companies where a recent change suggests one of them. Only where the evidence is there.

02

Why they matter

For each company: what changed, when, the source, why it may matter to you, and what still needs checking.

03

What to do next

A recommended starting point: who to approach and a conversation angle, where the evidence supports one.

Includes your downloadable Signal Map and an optional free 15-minute walkthrough with Alfredo.

How it works

Three steps

  1. Tell me what you sell

And who you want to reach, and where. Five short answers.

  2. I investigate

I look for relevant changes in your target market and weigh the evidence behind each one.

  3. You receive your Signal Map

An email with one useful finding and a private link to the full Signal Map, to read online and save.

Who it's for

Built for established B2B businesses

Manufacturers, distributors, professional services firms and specialist B2B businesses, for example. It works best if you have:

An established B2B offer, already sold to real customers.

A reasonably clear target customer, even if you'd like to find more of them.

Customers worth the effort, so focused research pays off.

Someone who can act on a good finding when it arrives.

Tell me what you sell and who you want to reach. I’ll use that to investigate your market and prepare your Signal Map, and for nothing else.

For example: maintenance contracts for industrial pumps and valves.

For example: food and dairy manufacturers with 100 to 1,000 employees.

For example: the Netherlands and Belgium.

I’ll email you about this Scan only. No newsletter, no sequence. See our privacy policy.

Questions

Good to know

Is the Scan really free?

Yes. The Scan is free, your Signal Map is yours to keep, and there is no purchase obligation. The optional walkthrough is free too.

Why is it free?

Because it’s the most honest way to show how I work: you see my thinking applied to your own market, not a sales deck. Some people who receive a Signal Map later ask for ongoing help finding and reaching the right companies. Most simply use the findings. Either is fine, and there is no obligation.

Do I need to book a call?

No. You'll receive your full Signal Map either way. The 15-minute walkthrough is optional, and it's about understanding your findings, not a sales pitch.

What information do you need?

Your website, what you sell, who you want to reach and where. An email address to send the report to. That's it: no phone number, no revenue figures.

What if you find little relevant evidence?

Then your Signal Map says so. I'd rather tell you that the evidence is thin within the Scan's scope than fill the page with guesses. That's a finding too.

Does a signal mean a company is ready to buy?

No. A signal is evidence that something changed, which may make your offer more relevant. It's a reason to investigate, not proof of intent. Every finding says what still needs checking.

Can I download or share my Signal Map?

Yes. You can read it online, save it as a PDF and share it with your team. Anyone with the link can open it, so share it as you would any private document.

What happens after I receive it?

Read it, reply with questions or corrections, and use it however you like. If you want help choosing your first move, you can book the free walkthrough. There's no follow-up sequence and no obligation.
